Job summary

Heartland ABA in Wisconsin is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children reach personalized goals.

Positions start part-time with paid training and Same Day Pay options. You’ll work under a supportive clinical team, receive ongoing supervision, and have opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in home-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster positive learning experiences and family engagement.
