Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. in Appleton is hiring for an entry-level Customer Service Agent. You greet passengers, check in and issue boarding passes using reservation software, and help travelers with courtesy and efficiency.

You may lift bags up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather on varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. Paid on-the-job training and a solid benefits package are offered. We welcome applicants 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass drug and background

• Lift and load baggage safely.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage.
• Work outdoors in all weather and varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What you will be doing!

• This position provides the perfect balance if you enjoy computers and learning new programs. You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• No time for the gym? No problem! You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers’ bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals.
• No need for a gym membership as you will be getting your workout in by lifting luggage throughout your shift.
• Ability to cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination.
• Tired of being stuck inside all day? This position will allow you to enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.

• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
