Job summary

Professional Transportation Inc. is hiring part-time crew transport drivers in Portage, WI. You will transport railroad crew members between yards, hotels, and other destinations in a company-provided vehicle.

Starting pay rates are $14.00-$15.50 per hour. PTI provides the vehicle, pays for fuel, and trains you to do the job safely with a flexible schedule and meaningful work in a non-traditional driving role.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related).
• Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check.
• Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport railroad crew members.
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and professional experience.
• Communicate with the PTI Command Center.
• Help keep trips moving efficiently and on time.
• Open and close vehicle doors and hatches for passengers.
• Inspect the vehicle and report any concerns.
