Job summary

Advanced General Radiology LLC in Newton, KS is seeking a board-certified/eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join as a long term, part-time 1099 independent contractor. The role combines onsite days and remote weekend coverage with generous vacation and a strong support team.

Expect ~150 studies/day across X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography and PET, with a full-time Radiologist Assistant handling most procedural work to keep you focused on diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Experience reading high-volume, multi-modality studies.
• Willing to work part-time as a 1099 independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate diagnostic interpretations across all modalities.
• Collaborate with technologists, clinicians, and administrative staff.
• Provide consultative support to referring providers.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
