Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) and BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality.
• Preferred: One year of diagnostic imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and specialty radiographic procedures using clinical protocols.
• Position patients appropriately, ensuring comfort and optimal imaging results.
• Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification.
• Educate patients about procedures and address their concerns.
• Input accurate patient data into electronic records and follow safety and infection control policies.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring safety standards and radiation protection.
• Assist in training new staff and supporting workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, physicians, and patients, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism.
