Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from high school and graduation from an accredited school of radiology.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and State of Nevada Radiation License are required.
• BLS certification accepted by AHA.
• Office Lab Assistant License within 30 days of hire for applicable ambulatory care centers.
• Preferences: trauma experience; ortho experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnostic radiographic exams of patients for physicians' diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Positioning patients properly to maximize results and ensuring radiation safety.
• Operate diagnostic x-ray equipment and maintain quality control measures.
• Communicate with a diverse patient population and collaborate with healthcare staff.
