Job summary

Qualifications

Role Overview:

The Radiologic Technologist interprets exam orders, produces diagnostic images, and positions patients.

Operates imaging equipment, selects appropriate technical factors, and develops films using proper techniques.

Assists physicians with administering agents and medications, maintains safety standards, and collaborates with the team across various radiology areas.

Proficiently uses radiology information systems and office equipment.

Supports weekend and evening shifts, reports incidents, and may have on-call duties.

May provide instruction in radiography and recommends equipment maintenance.

Maintains current CPR certification and ongoing continuing education.
