Job summary

Pratt Industries is seeking a Part-time Quality Tech to support box quality checks, rework, and quality reporting on the production line. This 1st shift role runs Monday through Thursday and pays $18.50 per hour.

The incumbent will work under the Plant Manager’s direction to uphold quality standards on every run. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, at least one year in manufacturing, forklift experience, and the ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read tape measure and perform basic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Check and monitor quality of boxes during the run.
• Complete quality reports and audits in a timely manner.
• Ensure unit quantities are correct.
• Pull excess scrap from units.
• Rework any returned product.
