Qualifications

• Diploma in PTA/OTA/Rehabilitation Assistant is required or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email within 24 hours.
• Assist with client scheduling and clinic workflow.
• Communicate client needs to clinicians and team.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate records.
• Support Physiotherapists with busy caseloads as needed.
• Process discharged charts and provider reports.
