Compensation includes base salary with potential sign-on incentives, structured mentorship, and access to continuing education resources. Schedule runs Monday–Friday with two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care with individualized sessions.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, physicians, and advanced practice providers.
