Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Miami, FL is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across senior living and clinical settings.

You will conduct patient assessments, provide exercises and education, document progress, and collaborate with care teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining flexible scheduling. Licensure in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure is required; we welcome PRN and flexible schedules to support patient needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as PT or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education to improve function and reduce pain.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
