Job summary

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based therapy for an outpatient brain injury population aged 15 and older. You will evaluate, treat, and plan patient-centered care under physician referral, with emphasis on returning clients to community and vocational activities.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program.
• Indiana Physical Therapy license is required.
• CPR certification per AHA standards or obtainable within 4 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Administer PT evaluations for inpatients and outpatients and determine treatment plans.
• Develop patient-centered plans to optimize function and medical necessity.
• Complete documentation to support skilled services and outcomes; bill for services accordingly.
• Provide supervision to assistants, techs and students per regulations and guidelines.
