Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; internship preferred.
• Experience as Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Able to work as part of a team and show compassion toward patients.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist with devices.
• Assist therapists during treatments and provide routine treatments.
• Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock supplies and maintain restrooms; assist with inventory as needed.
