Job summary

TeamHealth, a clinician-founded organization, seeks a part-time mental health clinician in Odessa, TX to deliver clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy in post-acute care settings. Two days per week, Monday–Friday, with no nights or weekends and both onsite patient care and remote documentation.

You will treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief, and life transitions while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• Eligible for independent practice and billing.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy.
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Coverage area includes Monahans and Pecos, Texas.
