Job summary

Discovery Behavioral Health seeks a Psychiatrist to join our Anew Era TMS multi-clinic practice in California. The on-site role involves initial evaluations, weekly medication management, and collaboration with program leadership and the treatment team to ensure appropriate psychiatric care.

This is a 1099 contractor position with fee-based compensation earned under an RVU-based model, paying $160–$200 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified psychiatrist.
• Experience working in a TMS practice.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Graduate of an approved medical school.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients for TMS services.
• Developing psychopharmacological interventions for psychiatric disorders.
• Interfacing with families of patients for consent and support of psychopharmacological interventions.
• Communicating criteria for treatment levels to insurance carriers as needed.
• Collaborating with the treatment team on case conceptualization and treatment planning.
