Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to join Wilcox State Prison in Abbeville, GA. You will provide behavioral health and psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment within a multidisciplinary, correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.
• Active and unrestricted medical license, or ability to obtain one.
• Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to pass credentialing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for incarcerated individuals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive behavioral health care within the correctional environment.
