You will mentor site staff, collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders, and play a key role in patient safety and data quality. This onsite role offers a mission-driven work environment and opportunities to advance clinical research.

Qualifications

• MD or DO licensed to practice in Minnesota.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry or related field.
• Experience leading clinical trials or PI/Sub-Investigator roles preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership with sponsors and teams.
• Familiarity with GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical trials, ensuring protocol requirements, regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to site staff, fostering inclusivity and professionalism.
• Participate in investigator meetings and educational initiatives to stay updated on advancements.
• Obtain IRB approval for study initiation and protocol modifications.
• Oversee subject safety, trial conduct compliance, and informed consent.
• Communicate effectively with sponsors, monitors, regulators, and leadership.
• Provide ongoing training and support to research staff.
