Qualifications

• MD/DO license required with board certification or eligibility in Child & Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry.
• Massachusetts medical licensure or eligibility required.
• Experience working with youth and adult clients, and knowledge of Asian American immigrant communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric services to child, adolescent, and adult clients.
• Develop and oversee medical policies and supervise medical services.
• Complete psychiatric assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EMR within 72 hours of visits.
• Maintain minimum weekly availability (6 hours) for appointments (55 min evals, 15/30 min follow-ups).
• Coordinate care with families and connect clients to additional services (IOP, PHP).
