Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in substance use disorder care
• Ability to engage patients in therapy
• Ability to use electronic medical records
• Willingness to work with patients with substance use disorders

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scheduled patients per standards, including history, exams, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations
• Establish rapport with patients and family support networks to discuss treatment options
• Prescribe and implement treatments within scope of practice
• Complete medical records same day or within a week
• Maintain compliant coding and billing support
• Aim for 80% productivity based on CPT code time elements
• Collaborate with internal/external clinicians and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
