Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in North Carolina is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide evaluations and ongoing medication management for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

You will conduct initial psychiatric evaluations, manage psychotropic medications for children and/or adolescents, and participate in regulated supervision, with collaboration across clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• National ANCC certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Familiar with standards of practice and applicable regulations.
• Preferred 3 years of experience in behavioral health care.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations for clients.
• Provide medications management for children and/or adolescents.
• Participate in regulated supervision and clinical oversight.
• Consult with staff to coordinate care and treatment plans.
