Job summary

Dickinson Center, Inc. in Ridgway, PA is seeking a Part-time Psych Rehab Worker to support individuals with mental health needs by helping them develop psychiatric stability and independent living skills.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, an Associate's with experience, CPS, or related credentials; CPRP is preferred and a valid driver's license is required. This is a part-time position with up to 24 hours per week and pays $16.83 per hour. DailyPay is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of mental health direct service with an associate's degree or CPS certificate.
• CPS Certificate preferred; obtain within 2 years of hire.
• High school diploma with two years in human services, including mental health direct care.

Responsibilities

• Assist persons with functional disabilities resulting from mental illness to develop, enhance, and retain psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal adjustment, and independent living skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree with academic concentration in an area relevant to the position

Associate's degree + 1 year work experience in mental health direct service

CPS Certificate + 1 year paid or volunteer work experience in mental health direct service

High school diploma or equivalency + 2 years of work experience in human services (including 1 year mental health direct care)
