Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time Program Director in Indiana to lead and expand the LifeWise program in the local community. You will build strong partnerships with schools, churches, parents and community members, and communicate the program's vision and impact.

You will coordinate fundraising, donor communication and church presentations, while guiding a team and maintaining operations such as scheduling, enrollment and budgeting within a Christ-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful.

Responsibilities

• As program director, lead and grow LifeWise program by building community relationships.
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor communication, appreciation and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a Christ-centered culture.
• Oversee scheduling, enrollment, budgeting, and basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
