StaffedUp is hiring a Professional Cleaner - Part Time for assignments in Independence, MO. As part of the Merry Maids team, you’ll perform residential and commercial cleaning, keeping spaces spotless and welcoming for clients.

The position features a flexible, part-time schedule (25–32 hours/week), no night or weekend shifts, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a $300 retention bonus after six months. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adapt to various environments.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability and willingness to travel to client locations (on the road).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common spaces.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address client concerns.
