Job summary

Advanced Heat Treat Corp. in Waterloo, IA, is seeking a part-time Production Support team member for 2nd shift. The role supports Operators by following process instructions, loading/unloading parts, and performing routine shop duties.

A minimum 16 hours per week commitment is required, with schedule determined by availability. The position offers on-site work at the Burton Ave facility, with opportunities to learn about nitriding and hardening processes and to grow within a field that trains

Qualifications

• One year industrial experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate fork truck (hi-lo) and overhead crane preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Equipment Operators and Technicians by following process instructions and work orders.
• Perform fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading and unloading of customer parts.
• Carry out routine shop duties with attention to detail.
