Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) is hiring for retail event staff to engage customers and showcase brands in community shopping spaces. You will assist with live demonstrations, maintain a high-energy presence, and ensure a positive customer experience at each location.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and ability to engage with shoppers.
• Able to work collaboratively with a team and independently when needed.
• Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to perform in a fast-paced retail setting with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life via live events and sampling.
• Represent products at retail locations and provide friendly, informative interactions.
• Support with setup, execution, and breakdown of demonstrations; maintain area cleanliness.
• Work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends; adhere to safety and store policies.
