Job summary

Advantage Solutions seeks team members to drive sales through engaging customers with live events and on-site brand activations. You will participate in sampling activities, promote products, and provide friendly service while maintaining safety and efficiency in a retail setting.

The role offers flexible 2-3 shifts per week including weekends, with training provided and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at locations where customers live and shop
• Deliver friendly, outgoing service and build relationships with shoppers, clients and team members
• Support store events with preparation, safety compliance and post-event clean-up
