Advantage Solutions is seeking an energetic team member to support live events and product sampling, helping customers discover brands at locations where they shop. You will engage shoppers, explain product benefits, and contribute to sales growth while maintaining a positive customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrate reliable customer service and interpersonal skills.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
