Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an energetic team member to drive sales through in-store demos and live events across local stores in California. You will engage customers, set up brand experiences, and help shoppers discover products.

No prior experience required as training is provided. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for several hours while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Ability to follow training and apply brand guidelines in live events.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
