Job summary

Advantage Solutions is looking for a part-time Sales Associate in Richland, WA to engage customers and bring brands to life through live events and sampling at the locations where they live and shop.

You will join a friendly team, receive training, and enjoy benefits and flexible scheduling. Must be 18+, lift up to 50 lbs, and be able to work 2–3 shifts including weekends.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hoursPerform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
