Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to drive in-store sales by engaging customers and delivering live events and sampling at retail locations across Idaho. No prior experience required; training and team support provided to help you succeed.

You must be comfortable interacting with customers, be 18 years or older, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while standing for several hours. A safety-first mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
