Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to help shape the shopping experience by bringing brands to life through hands-on live events and in-store sampling. This role offers training, weekly shifts, weekend availability, and opportunities for growth within the company.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and ensure a friendly, safe shopping environment while upholding strong customer service standards. Competitive wages and a customizable benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
