Job summary

Advantage Solutions, including Club Demonstration Services, is seeking team members in Otsego, MN to drive sales through live events and product sampling at the point of sale.

You will engage customers in a friendly, energetic manner, with no prior experience required as training is provided. This part-time role requires 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

We offer competitive pay of $18.75 per hour plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
