Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Oak Brook, IL is seeking an energetic team member to engage customers at live events and sampling programs across local communities. You will help bring brands to life, driving excitement and interest directly where people shop and gather.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with additional hours available upon request. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
