Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) is hiring to support live events and product sampling at our partner retailers in Novato. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and help create memorable shopping experiences that connect people with brands.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and team support are provided. This role offers flexible 2-3 shifts per week, weekend availability, and opportunities for growth in a nationwide program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• No prior experience required; training and team support provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and drive sales by delivering live events and product sampling.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner and provide product information.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
• Support weekend and 2–3 shift per week availability as needed.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
