Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in New Jersey seeks a part-time retail associate to drive sales through engaging customer interactions and on-site live events. You will provide sampling to consumers where they shop, while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with 2–3 shifts per week including weekends and opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
