Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking enthusiastic individuals in Murrieta, CA to join our retail team. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales through live events and sampling in-store and in community locations. Training is provided; experience not required.

This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow with our nationwide network. Applicants should be at least 18, able to lift 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation; a safety-first approach in a retail setting

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
