Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in Melville, NY, is hiring for a customer-focused promotional events associate. You’ll engage customers, spark brand experiences, and deliver live sampling at local stores and events, helping shoppers discover products they love.

No prior experience required; we provide training and ongoing support. You’ll work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, with the flexibility to grow within Advantage Solutions and access benefits designed for you and your family.

Qualifications

• In-person customer interaction in a retail setting.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
