Advantage Solutions in Mansfield, TX invites you to join our team as a retail associate delivering live events and sampling to shoppers. You’ll engage customers, spotlight brands, and help create memorable experiences in-store and at events.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and ongoing team support. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available to work 2–3 shifts per week including weekends; growth opportunities and customizable benefits are available to

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
