Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to help shape shopping experiences through live events and product sampling in retail locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate brands, and deliver exceptional service to shoppers in your area.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; there are opportunities for growth and additional hours upon request. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision options to support you and your family.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
