Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a customer-focused associate in Lexington, KY to drive sales through engaging customers and executing live events and sampling in-store and in the community.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with additional hours potentially available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and access to discounts through Associate Perks.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
