Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring to drive sales by engaging customers with live events and sampling at retail locations. You will bring brands to life where people shop and help customers discover products, with growth opportunities within the company.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, and all teammates are encouraged to grow. You must be able to work 2–3 shifts weekly and lift up to 50 lbs while standing for extended periods.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
