Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador to engage customers with live events and sampling at stores and in communities. You’ll bring brands to life, drive sales, and deliver a friendly, informative experience to shoppers, amplifying product visibility and customer engagement.

This role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work 2–3 shifts per week including weekends. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Perform duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
• Demonstrate reliable transportation to and from work location.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and manage brand experiences to drive sales.
• Provide friendly product information during live events and sampling.
• Support store teams and maintain standards for the brand presence.

• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
