Advantage Solutions is seeking an energetic Retail Associate to help drive sales through live events and product sampling at customer locations. No prior experience required, full training provided.

You will engage customers, work with management, and represent national brands in a fast-paced retail environment. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
