Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a driven team member to support live events and product samplings, engaging customers where they live and shop. The role focuses on delivering brand experiences, promoting products, and contributing to sales growth in a retail environment.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and have reliable transportation to the work location.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
