Advantage Solutions in Forney, TX is hiring a part-time frontline associate to drive sales through live events and in-store product sampling. You’ll engage customers, demonstrate brands, and help shoppers connect with products they want.

No experience required; we provide training and team support. You’ll work 2–3 shifts weekly (including weekends), lift up to 50 lbs, and uphold safety. Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities to grow.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
