Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring part-time Brand Ambassadors to drive sales through engaging customers with live events and sampling at retail locations in New Jersey. You will represent brands, provide excellent service, and assist customers while supporting a fun, energetic team environment.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; candidates must be 18+ and available 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
