Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time Event Specialist in Santa Rosa, CA to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling in-store.

No prior experience required—training provided. You must be 18+, available 2–3 shifts per week (weekends), lift up to 50 lbs, and deliver exceptional customer service while working safely in a retail setting. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and discounts.

Qualificações

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
