Job summary

Advantage Solutions in South Clermont, Florida, is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to drive sales through engaging customers with food and beverage sampling. This role provides a chance to connect shoppers with new products and offers competitive wages starting at $14.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, be motivated self-starters, and be available for 2-3 shifts per week. Training and support will be provided to help you succeed in this dynamic retail environment, making it suitable for new and experienced individuals alike.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
