Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking enthusiastic individuals in Culpeper, Virginia to enhance shopping experiences through product sampling. This role involves driving sales by interacting with customers, providing a dynamic opportunity to introduce new products.

No prior experience is necessary as training is provided. Successful candidates will enjoy flexible scheduling with 2-3 shifts weekly and customizable benefits that suit family needs, including medical, dental, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable standing for up to 6 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
