Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to help shape shopping experiences in a retail setting. You will engage customers with food and beverage sampling to drive sales and connect shoppers with new products.

Training and team support are provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement. No prior experience is required, and we offer benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and various voluntary plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• You are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently but also as part of a team.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

About you

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
